"Slug-Face", as he was referred to by Alexander Martin, was a "zombie" which breeched the doors of St Helen's Hospital during the zombie attack on Cardiff.
When the creature made a beeline for him, Alexander tried to deflect its attention onto a woman cowering in her wheelchair. Luckily for Alexander, who was trapped in a wheelchair, Slug-Face brushed past him like he didn't exist.
Alexander described Slug-Face as a long-haired lunk with a face like a salted slug and a big piece of glass sticking out of the middle of his forehead. He referred to him as a "revolting moron". (PROSE: Bay of the Dead)
