Slimers were a species native to Eskon. The Slimers were created when a wounded Spulver worm secreted pus into the water supply of the Eskoni. Once the Eskoni digested the infected water, the Spulver DNA overwrote that of the Eskoni, thus producing the Slimers. Slimers were treated as inferior to the Eskoni and were marginalised from Eskoni society, living in camps at the edge of Baktan. (PROSE: Coldheart)
