The Second Doctor, Ben and Polly visited The Psychadelic Shop in January 1967, at which time the Doctor was particularly interested in various bongs and pipes that were on offer. (PROSE: Wonderland)

Fixing Time was a watch-mending shop in Islington, London. The proprietor was the Third Doctor. (PROSE: Amorality Tale)

Dixons was an electrical shop which was in business during 1994. By 2011, the store was no longer trading. (PROSE: Touched by an Angel)

The Pyramid was a combination coffee shop and book shop in Little Caldwell, run by Admiral Isaac Summerfield II, that was a front for a "safe house" for aliens and the temporally-stranded. It was active beginning in the mid-1960s, and was still active in 1983. (PROSE: Return of the Living Dad)
