Shenn was the Emperor of Draconia during the early part of the 27th century. He called William Shakespeare a child compared to their poet Yasho. He was believed to be assassinated by Bernice Summerfield under the influence of the Dark Flame, but he wasn't dead as he knew of the political intrigue that Paranash wanted to kill him so protected himself.
