Douglas Sheard (PROSE: Time Flight) was the Airport Controller of Heathrow Airport in 1982.
On the insistence of Sir John Sudbury, he allowed the Fifth Doctor to investigate the disappearance of the Concorde designated Golf Victor Foxtrot, giving him access to Golf Alpha Charlie. (TV: Time-Flight)
