Shallo was a Sontaran Commander during the Sontaran invasion of Earth, as part of their plot to use the Flux to become the dominant species in the universe. Whilst stationed on Earth, Shallo developed a taste for Earth chocolate, over time it became an addiction, to the point that he dismissed his soldiers to engage in looting a corner shop and gorging himself on the confectionery. He was caught by the Thirteenth Doctor, Yaz Khan and Dan Lewis, who promised him all the chocolate he could want, in exchange for Claire Brown and Eustacius Jericho. (TV: The Vanquishers)
