"Seventh Doctor (clone)" since articles are usually singular
Talk about it here.
Three clones of the Seventh Doctor were created by the Master during Bernice Summerfield and Jason Kane's wedding in Cheldon Bonniface on 24 April 2010.
They, along with many other duplicates, were created with Bloom used in the Kilbracken cloning technique and emerged from the graveyard of St Christopher's Church. Unlike the other clones, the clones of the Doctor were not mindless after the Master knocked them out with his Tzun memory-wiping. The clones ultimately faded away that same day.
