A senior male anchor reported on the Miracle Day phenomenon shortly after it began in 2011. He revealed that, in light of the Kentucky Medical Authority's observation that it had not recorded a single death over 24 hours, an additional seventeen authorities immediately reported the same thing, and that the story exploded on social network sites, becoming known as Miracle Day.
