Senior Leaders were high-ranking Cybermen who answered only to the Cyber-Controller. Equivalent to an Earth brigadier, Senior Leaders commanded brigades known as Major Phalanxes. Overseeing the Cyber-Army, they were assisted by Cyber-Leaders and Junior Leaders. (PROSE: Attack of the Cybermen)
