The Seismosaurus was a type of sauropod dinosaur. It was one of the largest land animals to live on Earth. It was over 120 feet in length and over 140 tons in weight. Seismosauruses were a dull grey-green in colour. They lived in massive herds of hundreds of individuals, migrating to find enough food to survive on. The seismosaurus lived during the Late Jurassic period.
The seismosaurus was one of the species that the Silurians brought back from extinction after they took over in a parallel world. Herds of seismosauruses would roam free in the jungles of England. the Doctor and Ace used a herd ofthem to escape from Silurian hunters by hiding in the middle of it. (NA: Blood Heat)
