Sector 19 was a remote area on the fringe of a supernova in Alpha 4. The Fifth Doctor once picked up a distress signal from this sector. He was pulled through by a tractor beam that brought him nearer a cruiser using the TARDIS's power against it. (PROSE: Birth of a Renegade)
