Sea Base 4 was a sea base in the ocean on Planet Earth. It was around during 2084 and was involved in a conflict with the Sea Devils and the Silurians. All of the staff in the attack died in the attack but the Silurians and the Sea Devils where also killed due to the gas. The only survivors where The Fifth Doctor, Tegan Jovanka and Vislor Turlough.
