Scott Thrower's vortex manipulator

Wanting to escape a life sentence by the Shadow Proclamation, Scott Thrower escaped using a damaged vortex manipulator. Thrower was made unable to speak and transported to Holly Tree Lodge in 1965. (COMIC: Time Fraud)
