Sarric

Professor Sarric was a member of a plant-like humanoid race. He developed the Sarricoid plants and founded Vegpro as part of his plans to conquer Earth. He disguised his alien nature by wearing a plaster mask, using a wheelchair and claiming that he had been crippled in a terrible accident. His plans were defeated by the Doctor and he was killed by being sprayed with water, a fatal vulnerability he shared with his plants. (TVC: Death Flower)
