Sarathin was the president of Wrax. She negotiated an alliance with the Dalek Time Squad Leader. She did not like the Daleks and wanted to user the Devolver on them as well as the Time Lords. She hoped that the Devolver would create a peaceful race from the race they devolved. She gave the Doctor the choice to destroy the Daleks. The Doctor tried to convince her to dismantle the Devolver, but she could not do it as the Dalek Executioner killed her to destroy the whole race. (AUDIO: The Enemy of My Enemy)
