Sarah Lancashire (born 10 October 1964[1]) played Miss Foster in the Doctor Who television story Partners in Crime.
She was interviewed on the Doctor Who Confidential episode A Noble Return.
Career[]
Lancashire has appeared in numerous UK drama series, but is probably best known for her nine-year stint on Coronation Street from 1987 to 1996 and her BAFTA award winning performances in Last Tango in Halifax and Happy Valley.

She is married to former Controller of BBC One Peter Salmon.[1]
