Santespri was an artificial planet created for a prison. It kept Hans Kesar and his army inside for their crimes against the Haddron Empire. Milton Trayx visited the planet to oversee its progress. VETAC robots came to rescue Kesar under the command of Cruger. They were repelled though, with the help of the Second Doctor. (PROSE: Dreams of Empire)
