Santa Mira was an American town to which the Seventh Doctor once alluded in a phone conversation with Allen Dulles. The Doctor suggested that he'd helped out with some problems in the town in an unspecified past incarnation, but did not elaborate what those problems were. (PROSE: First Frontier)
