Safe Haven was a comic story in Dalek: The Astounding Untold History of the Greatest Enemies of the Universe.

Summary[]

As a party of Thals rows across Skaro's waters, the leader points out the shattered remnants of the Thal Dome, the once centre of their civilization that will become their home once again, even as his subordinates worry about future Dalek attacks. After the boat is destroyed by a sea creature, the Thals swim to shore.

No sooner have the Thals reached the sand do giant crabs emerge, sending the group running into the Dome. Ducking down a corridor, what little remains of the group comes face to face with a party of Daleks. As the gunsticks fire, the Thals swallow a bitter truth: There is no safe haven on Skaro.
