Biography[]

In 4041, the president became under the mental influence of the Klytode. They forced the president to put the Klytode androids in positions to destroy the Earth's weather control systems. However, the Tenth Doctor visited the Oval Office shortly before the Klytode's plans could come to fruition and released the president from the Klyton's influence.
