Detective Sergeant Vincent Russell (PROSE: Attack of the Cybermen) was an undercover Metropolitan Police Officer assigned to infiltrate Gustave Lytton's gang in 1985.
During what he believed was a jewel heist, he was captured by Neomorph Cybermen. The Sixth Doctor took him into the TARDIS. Shortly thereafter, it was attacked by Cybermen, and Russell was killed defending Peri Brown. (TV: Attack of the Cybermen)
