Notes[]
- The story bears some parallels with PROSE: Engines of War, in that the Time Lord protagonist (the War Doctor/the War Master) lands on a planet that has been left barren after decades of bombardment by the Daleks (in the novel's case, Moldox), and allies with a young native resistance fighter who cannot remember their birth name (Cinder/Slug) to infiltrate the nearby Dalek base, with the ultimate goal of preventing the planet's destruction.
Continuity[]
- Kindred mentions what the Master did on Callous (AUDIO: The Master of Callous) and Xenotopia. (AUDIO: The Missing Link/Darkness and Light)
