On 22 December 2023, the band performed their "usual set" of Christmas songs, some old classics, some crowd-pleasers, and some "newer, cooler" Christmas anthems, at a pub in London. It was a small, low-paying gig, but Ruby didn't complain as she needed the money. Before getting on stage, Ruby had playfully fought with Trudy to wear a tinsel scarf, leaving bits of it in the latter's hair, whilst Clark laughed so much his tears ruined his David Bowie-inspired eyeliner.
