Ross Lee was a man who, at some point in the 2000s, fell down into the rubbish tip at the BBC Television Centre where the broadcaster dumped all of their old videotapes, where he spent his time sifting through and watching the tapes whilst being plagued by a mysterious monster that lived down there.
