Romana (Burner Doctor's timeline)

An alternate version of Romana resembled her second incarnation from N-Space. She ruled as a tyrannical Lady President of an alternate Gallifrey in which the Time Lords regularly altered history through the Temporal Intervention Agency. She had ambitions for the Time Lords to dominate all timelines. As soon as she learnt her N-Space counterpart was in her reality, Romana was furious and ordered her execution.

Her Interrogator General was Leela, who murdered her predecessor Narvin to achieve the position, while the Doctor, by then in his sixth incarnation, served as Lord Burner, the President's personal temporal assassin who "burned" people from history.
