Robin Phillips (28 February 1942-25 July 2015[1]) played Altos in the Doctor Who television story The Keys of Marinus.
Personal life[]
Phillips was partnered with hotel manager Joe Mandel. They had first met in 1962, and became partners in 1971. They remained together until Phillips' passing in 2015.[2]
