Richard Cooper was a resident of London in 1952. He was a gay man and entered into a relationship with Terry Hopkins, although Ivy Clark initially believed that Richard was interested in her. He helped the Tenth Doctor and Donna Noble defeat the Fumifugium. (AUDIO: The Creeping Death)
