Rhynmal was a scientist who worked for the Space Security Service in the year 4000 on a molecular dissemination experiment to increase the difference of travel allowed by the T-Mat system. He performed these new long-range teleportation system experiments with Froyn. (PROSE: Mission to the Unknown) They accidentally sent the First Doctor, Steven Taylor and Sara Kingdom from Earth to the planet Mira. (TV: The Daleks' Master Plan)
