Resurrection Engines was a 2012 anthology published by Snowbooks Ltd. Although many of its contributors were established writers of Doctor Who media, Paul Magrs' contribution was the only one to make use of a Doctor Who license, being a fully fledged Iris Wildthyme short story.

    • The Crime of the Ancient Mariner is based on the Rime of the Ancient Mariner;
    • She-Who-Thinks-For-Herself is based on the works of H. Rider Haggard;
    • Talented Witches is based on Wuthering Heights;
    • Silver Selene is based on the works of Wilkie Collins;
    • There Leviathan is based on Moby Dick;
    • White Fangoria is based on White Fang;
    • The God of All Machines is based on The Strange Case of Doctor Jekyll and Mr Hyde;
    • The Island of Peter Pandora is based on Peter Pan;
    • Fairest of them All is based on Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs;
    • The Ghost of Christmas Sideways is based on A Christmas Carol;
    • The Soul-Eater of Raveloe is based on Silas Marner;
    • Tidewrack Medusa is based on Treasure Island.
  • On the Resurrection Engines page on the Snowbooks website, the anthology is said to have sixteen stories. However, there are actually only fifteen stories in the published book. The seemingly missing story was a reinterpretation of Alice in Wonderland by Lavie Tidhar[1].
