Reminiscences of the Peculiar was a book by Professor George Litefoot in which he recounted his and Henry Gordon Jago's many encounters with alien and paranormal phenomena in London in the 1890s.
The Sixth Doctor had a signed copy of the book in the TARDIS library until he gave it to Reverend Douglas Bell to replace his destroyed copy.
The book's description of Jago and Litefoot's encounter with witches in 1899 proved useful to the Doctor's defeat of the Carrionites in the 1980s. (AUDIO: The Carrionite Curse)
