Regeneration was the fourth in the Reconstructions series. Rather than playing the actors, this story saw them play the characters. Thus David Bradley is playing the First Doctor and not William Hartnell.

They were released with the DVD and blu-ray release of An Adventure in Space and Time. It was a extended version with the Second Doctor regenerating into the Third Doctor, portrayed by Mark Gatiss.
