Ellie Higson was a barmaid in the Tavern in the 1890s. It was here that she met and became friends with Henry Gordon Jago and Professor George Litefoot. (AUDIO: The Mahogany Murderers, AUDIO: Jago and Litefoot)
During this time, she was turned into a vampire, but managed to control her bloodlust for decades.
