The Record of Rassilon was a document written by Rassilon during the Dark Times. It contained information on the war with the Great Vampires and instructions to kill the King Vampire even at the cost of one's own life. It was installed into all 305 Type 40 time-vessels, including the Doctor's TARDIS. A copy of it resided in the Bureau of Ancient Records. (TV: State of Decay)
