After the Second Doctor was removed from his time stream prior to regeneration, Raven joined him on Skaro and led him to Silas and Catrona before disappearing and keeping an eye on him. She later tasked him with recovering Celestine and, once he had, sent him on another mission (AUDIO: The Final Beginning) to fight the Ice Warriors. (AUDIO: Wrath of the Ice Warriors)
Raven marvelled as Catrona's cries became that of a Dalek, proclaiming it to be the "final beginning", (AUDIO: The Final Beginning) and kept Celestine, who said that he was the Emperor of the Daleks, as a prisoner. Having seen that the Doctor worked well with Sheena Flynn and the Brigadier in defeating the Ice Warriors, she sent coordinates to his TARDIS (AUDIO: Wrath of the Ice Warriors) which took him to meet Jamie McCrimmon in 1776 Edinburgh.
