Raquel Cassidy (born 22 January 1968[1]) is an actor who appeared on Doctor Who, as well as giving her voice to multiple characters for Big Finish Productions. She is mainly known for her role as Miranda Cleaves in the Doctor Who television story The Rebel Flesh/The Almost People.
She was interviewed on The Monster Files episode The Monster Files: The Gangers.
