Rappell was Bev Tarrant's partner, both in business and romance. He accompanied her to Kar-Charrat in an attempt to steal the ziggurat there, but was killed in a Dalek ambush. His body was inhabited by the Kar-Charratans, who used it to free Ace and Bev. Though Rappell's body was killed a second time by a rogue Dalek, the Kar-Charratans claimed that his essence remained in them. (AUDIO: The Genocide Machine)
