The Queensborough Bridge was a bridge in New York City. To the north of it was the Triborough Bridge, and to the south was the Midtown Tunnel. In 2010, the Vykoids blocked all of the bridges and tunnels out of Manhattan with debris, including the Queensborough Bridge. (PROSE: The Forgotten Army)

The novel misspells the name of the Queensboro Bridge as "Queensborough". There is a Queensborough Bridge in real life, but it's in New Westminster, British Columbia, not New York.
