The Queen of the Skithra was the queen and leader of the race known as the Skithra.
In 1903, she attempted to kidnap Nikola Tesla in order for him to make repairs to her ship, but was thwarted by the Thirteenth Doctor. (TV: Nikola Tesla's Night of Terror)
In an alternate timeline, the Doctor recalled meeting this queen while meeting a friendly queen. The friendly queen admitted that most of the Skithra queens were like the one that the Doctor had met in 1903.
