Pudsey the Galaxy destroyer

Pudsey the Galaxy Destroyer was an individual that destroyed three galaxies with his mega sonic death ray. He was yellow and furry and had a spotty eyepatch. The Twelfth Doctor mentioned him when he was contacted by Eddie Redmayne, who was in search of Pudsey Bear. (TV: Looking for Pudsey)
