The President of Earth was the official leader of the Earth's government in 4041.
For a while, the president was under the mental influence of the Klytode. The Klytode forced the president to put the Klytode androids in positions to destroy the Earth's weather control systems. However, the Tenth Doctor visited the Oval Office shortly before the Klytode's plans could come to fruition and released the president from the Klyton's influence. The president decided to take responsibility for the Klytode and have it imprisoned on Earth. (COMIC: Return of the Klytode)

- This president seems to have a strong resemblance to Russell T Davies. The comic was published shortly after Davies had handed the job of Doctor Who executive producer over to Steven Moffat.
