This president's real world counterpart is Donald Trump, although the connection has never been made in-universe.
In the previous episode, set in a reality created by the Monks to resemble the real world almost perfectly, an unnamed president was a dark haired individual who did not have much physical resemblance to Trump. Trump’s status as president was confirmed in Arachnids in the UK.
