A President (circa 1949-2017) was created by the Monks as a virtual construct of the President of the United States.
He took an overdose at the age of 68, upon discovering that he was a pawn in an invasion simulation. The Twelfth Doctor and Bill Potts discovered his recently deceased body in the Oval Office.
He was 169.7cm tall and weighed 163.2 pounds. Upon being discovered, his body had a temperature of 32.1 degrees Celsius. (TV: Extremis)

In the real world, this President has no counterpart, resembling neither Barack Obama (born 1961) nor Donald Trump (born 1946). This individual doesn't seem to exist in N-Space either, with the next two stories in the Monk trilogy, The Pyramid at the End of the World and The Lie of the Land, both reference Trump as being the president.
