Praylaron was the First Knight of the Knights of Velyshaa prior to and during the Second Great Dalek Occupation. The Earth Alliance media had nicknamed him 'Praylaron the Pragmatist'.
Before ascending to the position of First Knight, he was First Knight Sancroff's best loved generals.
After his initial election to First Knight, Praylaron had been re-elected and genetically re-birthed.
He foresaw the emergence of a powerful enemy who would destroy civilisations throughout the galaxy. To combat this foe, he looked to secure an alliance with Velyshaa's former enemies, humans.
