Pooky Quesnel (born 21 November 1965) portrayed the Captain in the Doctor Who television story A Christmas Carol and Dorothea Ames in Class.

She later voiced Annalise Avenley in The Ninth Doctor Adventures audio story The Running Men. This reunited her with Christopher Eccleston as they previously also appeared alongside each other in the BBC dramas Accused and The A Word.
