Planet XXX (pronounced "Planet Triple-X") was located 9.2 light years away from Earth and was mostly composed of water with a nitrous oxide atmosphere. It was home to a race of intelligent bipeds who made contact with Earth in 1993. Rachel Allan had Torchwood One send out messages of war to the planet, prompting them to send an envoy.
