Planet XXX (pronounced "Planet Triple-X") was located 9.2 light years away from Earth and was mostly composed of water with a nitrous oxide atmosphere. It was home to a race of intelligent bipeds known as the XXX who made contact with Earth in 1993. Rachel Allan had Torchwood One send out messages of war to the planet, prompting them to send an envoy. (AUDIO: Through the Ruins)
