Plaistow

Plaistow was a district in the East End of London. Filled with terraced houses, council estates and pubs, it was located close to the West Ham football ground.

Owen Harper originally came from Plaistow. From the back bedroom of his childhood home, he could hear the Hammers playing at home, and would often listen and make up his own commentaries. (PROSE: Slow Decay ^[+]Andy Lane, BBC Torchwood novels (BBC Books, 2007).)
