Pilot's Heart was a disease common among Neuro Pilots in the 67th century that Eve Cicero suffered from. It primarily caused heart failure when under stress. The only way to prevent such was constant injections of adrenaline blockers, though one had to increase how many they took the longer they had the disease. (TV: The Tsuranga Conundrum)
