Philips (The Oncoming Storm)

Able Seaman Philips was a member of the Royal Navy during the Second World War. On 23 November 1939, Philips helped the Admiralty recover one of the Germans' magnetic mines which had been dropped in the Thames Estuary. During the operation, Philips discovered a Gallifreyan Augur's Stone. Upon touching it, Philips was granted huge amounts of knowledge but after a few minutes, he fell into a long coma.
