Though Phil Elliott's career has involved extensive credits in every major creative position, his importance to DWU-related comics is as a colourist. He provided colours for IDW's The Time Machination, Ground Control and Ripper's Curse. He's been particularly active with Torchwood comics, giving colour to the sixth, ninth and tenth segments of Rift War!, as well as Somebody Else's Problem: A Gwen Cooper Story. Following the cancellation of Torchwood Magazine, he moved over to the comic book, where he coloured at least one story in most issues.
